I've spent my life helping people rediscover what it means to feel good, in their bodies, in their minds, and in their hearts. As the founder of Green Organics, LLC, my approach to wellness is simple and deeply human: begin with gratitude, listen to your body, and let healing unfold one mindful moment at a time.
I was born the oldest of six, in a home where love and fear lived side by side. My father's drinking often turned violent, and my childhood held moments no child should ever have to witness, or carry.
When I was just eleven months old, sick with pneumonia, my arm fell into a vaporizer beside my crib. It was a painful accident, one no parent ever expects, but in time, it became an unexpected blessing. That injury made me a Shriners Kid. Month after month, I sat in those waiting rooms surrounded by children who had lost so much more than I had. Even as a little girl, I remember thinking, I’m so lucky it’s just my arm. Without even realizing it, they gave me my first lesson in gratitude. That quiet moment of awareness became the foundation of my life, gratitude, no matter what.
Life didn’t suddenly become easy after that. I became a mother at fifteen, young, scared, determined, and absolutely certain I would break every cycle I came from. At twenty-three, I married the love of my life, and together we built the kind of family I once dreamed of, steady, loving, rooted in kindness and possibility.
For more than a decade, goDesana has inspired wellness from the inside out through pure products, purposeful living, and the kind of genuine connection that changes people.
In this season of gratitude, I'm reminded that what we receive
when we give is always greater than we can measure.
In 2011, I started Green Organics, LLC, rooted in gratitude and the simple truth that healing begins when you begin to feel good again. When your emotions settle, your body follows. Because wellness has always been more than physical, it begins in the quiet places within us. I learned early that wellness isn’t something you purchase or perfect.
It’s the gentle return to yourself, the small, steady moments of presence that soften your edges and open your heart. That's what inspired the Feel Good. Be Good. Do Good., a daily rhythm of gratitude, mindfulness, and compassion designed to bring you back to what truly matters. I have known pain. But I have also known the way gratitude can turn a life. The way compassion can rebuild a heart. The way tiny consistent moments can reshape everything.
This movement was born from that truth, from a life that has carried both darkness and light, and understands that even three mindful minutes can shift the whole day. For more than a decade, I’ve watched lives change when people begin caring for themselves with gentleness instead of judgment, with gratitude instead of depletion. This is the heartbeat of my work, to help you Feel Good, Be Good, and Do Good, one quiet morning at a time.
